Final Inspection

The Final Inspection is the last quality control stage before products are released for packing and delivery. At this stage, all finished components are thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet the required specifications, engineering drawings, and customer requirements.

The inspection process includes dimensional verification, visual examination, and confirmation of mechanical and surface conditions. Calibrated measuring instruments are used to check critical dimensions and tolerances to ensure product accuracy and consistency.

In addition, all related documentation such as material certificates, heat treatment records, hardness test results, and traceability information are reviewed and verified. This ensures that every product delivered has complete documentation and complies with applicable quality standards.

Through a comprehensive final inspection process, we ensure that only products that meet all quality requirements are approved for shipment to the customer.
