Furnace

The heating process is carried out using a Regenerative Chamber Heating Furnace, which is designed to provide efficient, uniform, and controlled heat distribution for forging operations. This type of furnace utilizes a regenerative combustion system that improves thermal efficiency by recovering and reusing exhaust heat, resulting in reduced fuel consumption and stable temperature control.

Before loading, the furnace temperature is set according to the required forging temperature based on the material grade and technical specifications. Raw materials are then placed inside the furnace chamber and heated gradually to reach the designated forging temperature. The heating cycle is carefully monitored to ensure uniform heat penetration throughout the entire cross-section of the material.

Temperature control is managed through calibrated thermocouples and automatic control systems to maintain consistency and prevent overheating or underheating. Uniform heating is critical to achieving proper material plasticity, minimizing internal stress, and preventing metallurgical defects such as cracks or uneven grain structure during the forging process.

The purpose of this heating process is to prepare the material for optimal deformation during forging, ensuring mechanical properties, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy meet both internal quality standards and customer requirements.

By utilizing a regenerative chamber system and maintaining strict temperature monitoring, we ensure energy efficiency, process stability, and consistent forging performance prior to the forming stage.
