Raw Material Sawing

After the raw material has successfully passed the inspection stage, the next process is cutting the material according to the specified production requirements. This operation is performed using a band saw machine, which ensures accurate, straight, and controlled cutting results.

The material is cut based on predetermined specifications, either by required weight or by precise length, depending on the production drawing and customer requirements. Each cutting parameter is carefully calculated to optimize material usage, maintain dimensional accuracy, and minimize waste.

During the sawing process, operators ensure proper machine setup, including blade selection, cutting speed, and feed rate, to suit the material grade and cross-sectional dimensions. This guarantees clean cutting surfaces, controlled tolerances, and structural integrity of the material.

After cutting, every piece is clearly identified and marked with relevant information such as material grade, heat number, cutting size, and traceability code. This identification process is essential to maintain full traceability throughout the manufacturing cycle and to ensure that each component can be tracked back to its original raw material certification.

Through controlled cutting procedures and systematic identification, we ensure production efficiency, dimensional consistency, and complete material traceability before proceeding to the next stage of manufacturing.
